In a high scoring game at Palmerston on Sunday, a dominant display by the young QoSsquad, playing some excellent football, saw them take the honours in this local derby. Two goals each from Copland and Summerbee, with Thompson, Potts and Dobie also finding the net, easily out-scored the two from their visitors.

QoS 17's v Stranraer 17's
Such are the inconsistencies of youth football, QoS 17's, dominant last week, struggles to get going on Sunday. Goal-less at half time, a slightly improved performance in the second half resulted in some missed chances. A goal from Harvey looked enough until a hopeful clearance from fully 70 yards took one bounce and landed in the home net, earning the visitors a draw.
