As we live in an era where so many people are relying on food banks the First Base Agency in Dumfries are in much need of donations.  Therefore as we enter the festive period and the season of goodwill, our SLO Committee along with everyone at the Club are urging all Queens supporters to do there bit again this year. Queens fans were very generous at this time last year and helped those less fortunate than themselves.

The main push will come on Saturday ahead of our game against Partick Thistle but for those who wish to donate before then, a collection point is now available at the QOS Arena.

The charity are in need of non perishable items such as tinned soup, tinned vegetables, tinned meats and fish, pastas, rice, noddles, custard, jam, long life milk and cereals.  Non food items are also required like nappies, shower gel and other toiletries.

It would be nice if people were able to enjoy some treats too, like crisps,biscuits and chocolate!

What ever you can donate will be very welcome, just bring them along to the QOS Arena between now and the weekend and we will pass them all on to the First Base Agency to distribute.
