Dundee Game Season Ticket Ballot NOW OPEN

As announced during the week, we have been working hard to allow fans to return to the Boxing Day home match against Dundee.

The SPFL rules state that we are allowed a maximum of 300 fans in Palmerston and as this is less than the number of season tickets, we will hold a ballot to select 300 season ticket holders who will be able to attend the game. In order to comply with social distancing rules both the BDS Digital Stand and the Oakbank Servies terrace will be in use. Fans can indicate a preference but this cannot be guaranteed and you may be allocated a different area depending on availability.

To enter the ballot, please use the link below and complete the information on the form. Entries for the Dundee game are now open and will be accepted until 2300 on Thursday 17th December. Entries made after this time will not be included in the ballot.

Some important points to note before completing the form :

  • Only season ticket holders can enter the ballot and each season ticket holder can only enter once
  • Entries can be submitted for individuals or as Households of up to 4. If submitting as a household ALL names included must be season ticket holders in their own name. If you are included in a Household application you cannot submit a separate application or be included in another Household
  • Due to SPFL rules, only local fans are eligible, so if you do not have a DG postcode you will not be able to submit an entry
  • In the interests of Health & Safety, no one under the age of 12 will be able to submit a lone application. They can, however, be included in a Household
  • The process for Accessible season ticket holders is the same as all other tickets. If you do not have an accessible season ticket but have mobility issues you can request a "low row" seat by ticking the box on the form. Similarly, there is a tick box on the form for Accessible ticket holders to request a carer
  • The information you give on the form must match the information the club already holds on your season ticket, to the best of your knowledge. Anyone found to be deliberately submitting false information will be excluded from ALL future ballots and risk having their season ticket revoked
  • There will be a separate ballot for each home fixture and we will do our best to make sure tickets are allocated as evenly as possible.

After the ballot closes on Thursday the successful season ticket holders will be selected at random and contacted by email as soon as possible. The email will contain your allocated arrival time, seat number (or terrace section) and other important information.

If you are successful, you must arrive at the designated time and follow all instructions given. You will need to bring photo ID as well as your season ticket card and confirmation email.

Good luck! We look forward to seeing fans back in Palmerston
