East Stays South

Euan East will be back at Palmerston for the new campaign as the 20 year old forward is the latest of last year’s squad to agree a one year extension.

Euan who turns 21 at the start of next month joined Queens from Albion Rovers when the Manager was compiling his side last season and made 23 appearances. His first goal in Queens colours, a powerful header, came at Hampden in November when he scored the first of our three goals against Queens Park in the league cup.

Manager, Allan Johnston said “I’m pleased to have held onto Euan. He impressed many times last season and deserves a contract extension. He is a strong player who works extremely hard on and off the ball. He has the ability to create chances as well as scoring goals”.
