Sam Folarin

Joining the squad until the end of the season is Sam Folarin. The 21 year old attacker arrives on loan from Middlesborough.

Born in the Lambeth area of London he followed in the footsteps of fellow winger Isaiah Jones and moved to the Riverside from Tooting and Mitchum. He joined Boro in 2019 and quickly became a regular U23 player before gaining a place in the first team squad, scoring his first senior goal against Brentford in the FA Cup.

Manager Allan Johnston said “I have said in recent weeks that I want us to be more of an attacking threat. Sam is the type of player who I think will give us more options to do that. We are building a good relationship with Middlesborough which has so far been beneficial to both clubs and hopefully Sam will excite the fans in the same way as the others who have joined us from The Riverside”.

Sam has been allocated squad number 24.
