Defender Paul McKay has today committed his future to the club. The 25 year old has agreed a new 2 year deal taking him through to the summer of 2024.

Paul has become a fans favourite since joining from Airdrie in the summer.

Manager Wullie Gibson said “Although he is currently side-lined with a hip injury Paul Is a key member of the squad so we are delighted that he has signed a new deal. Before his injury, he was a consistent performer, a solid and reliable defender who goes about his business quietly. He will have his operation this week so getting the deal done now lets us all focus on his rehabilitation to get him back fit and available. Doing business early is important and tying down key players allows us to build a core squad”.

Paul added “It’s great to have signed a new deal. It just made sense to commit to Queens as I’ve enjoyed every minute that I’ve been able to play”.
