Our second signing of the day is a familiar face to all Doonhamers as we welcome back Gavin Reilly who made over 100 appearances for the club between 2010 and his 2015 departure for Hearts. Gavin was our yougest ever scorer when he hit the back of the net against Dumbarton on his debut in July 2010, having not long turned 17. Most recently with Greenock Morton (on loan from Livingston), he re-joins the club today on a 2 year deal seeing him remain with us until the summer of 2024.

Manager Wullie Gibson said, "I'm delighted to get a player of Gav’s quality back at the club. Again it is bringing back a local connection to the club as well as getting a top player in. We have seen at first hand the quality Gav has and will add to the squad. We've worked hard to get this one over the line and I'm looking forward to working with him."

Gavin Reilly on his return added, "It's great to be back. I had good times here in my first spell and always hoped to be back at some point. I hope to replicate the form from my first spell. It’s a place I love playing and having the relationship with the club that I do made it a 'no brainer'. After speaking to the Gaffer, I am buzzing to get to work and look forward to what the next couple of years bring".
