Jake Hutchinson has today joined Eastbourne Borough on loan until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.
The striker joined on a permanent transfer from Colchester United in the summer after making his way up through their youth system and gained experience of senior football by going out on loan, including a spell at Eastbourne where he scored 14 goals.
Marvin Bartley said “Jake came to us with a very good reputation of scoring goals. He’s been playing catch up since joining us as he missed pre-season and probably didn’t get the required minutes to be up to speed for us. He is now returning to a club he knows and where he has a proven goalscoring record. It’s a good move for both parties, Jake will get the minutes he now needs at this stage of the season and will then be raring to go for his return for pre-season.”
