The u20s were too strong for Airdrie tonight, running out 3-1 winners. After a scoreless first half a quickfire double early in the second period broke the visitor's resistance. First Dean Brotherston fired a low shot into the bottom corner from 20 yards and then the same player provided a perfect low cross for Idan Smith to double the lead at the back post. With ten minutes to go Moxon set up Smith to grab his second before Airdrie struck a last minute consolation from close range.
