Everyone at Palmerston was saddened to hear of the death at the end of last week of Jean Henderson. Jean, widow of Roy Henderson, one of our greatest ever players, was a regular at Palmerston and rarely missed a game until the last year or so of her life and was still attending games this season. She was a mother, grandmother and great grandmother and took great pleasure last season in watching her family act as mascots at a game. Our thoughts are with them.

The funeral will take place at Crichton Memorial Church on Tuesday 28th February at 1pm. Family flowers only.
