Queens supporters groups have been casting their votes for this years annual Player of the Year and Goal of the Season awards with the trophies being presented on Saturday before and after our game against Dunfermline.  

Timings are approximate but the timetable for presentations is as follows:-

1pm  - Junior Blues - Pitch within the Arena

4.45pm - At the end of the game, the players will return to the park for a lap of thanks before four supporters groups make their presentations.  The Devorgilla Doonhamers will be presenting three trophies, Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year and Goal of the Season.  While the Disabled Supporters Association, The Globe Inn (Howff) Doonhamers and Mid Annnandale Doonhamers will all be presenting their Player of the Year Trophy.  As always we would ask that supporters remain in the stands or on the terrace and do not enter the pitch.

5.30pm - The players will attend the Globe Inn at Market Square for the Barflies Player of the year and Young player of the Year presentation. 

6.30pm - It's the turn of the New Bazaar Doonhamers who will hand over their trophy.

7.30 pm - The Travel Club round off proceedings at their annual dance, this year being held at Dumfries Rugby Club.  

As well as the annual player of the year awards being presented, the annual Deluxe Car draw takes place pitch-side, manager Gary Naysmith will make the draw at 1430.  And at half time, following their successful season, the Under 20 side will eventually get their hands on the silverware when they are presented with the Development League West trophy.
