Queens Just Edge Replay

Queens progressed to the 4th round of this seasons Scottish Cup competition after finally getting the better of Montrose at a cold and wet Palmerston tonight but it took two quality goals from both our strikers to finally edge past the plucky side from Division Two. Much like the game on Saturday, the 90 minutes play was fairly scrappy with clear cut chances few and far between, but eventually we began to work our way into the game, and although making hard work of it - especially in the closing stages - we held on for the win.
