Although there is no kids clubs, Walking Football for the over 55s will go ahead tomorrow <Mon> from 10 at the Arena.  It's a great way to keep fit by playing the game at a more leisurely pace for the cost of £3 per person.

In the same league, we also have a game on Thursday night at home to Morton.  Kick off at Palmerston is 8pm.

Thursday is also the night for Football Fans In Training.  The health and fitness programme continues from 6pm.

On Saturday the first team have their penultimate away game of the season away at Morton in the Championship at three o'clock. While, in the evening, Derek Lyle's second Testimonial Dinner takes place at Ibrox.

And the Youth sides will have their usual training sessions Tuesday and Thursday this week ahead of their games at the weekend, when all age groups are away to Livingston on Sunday.
