Queens in the Community are now taking bookings for this years summer soccer camps.
Experience football at its best, learn new skills, make new friends and improve your level of play with your local team, Queen of the South.
The Camps will run over the upcoming school summer holidays at various locations across Dumfries and Galloway.
The fun will all kick-off on Monday 2nd of July with the first camp in Dumfries at the Queen of the South Arena. It will run from 10am - 3pm daily Monday through to Friday and is open to both boys and girls. If you don't want to attend for the five days, you can also book in for three days of the camp Tuesday - Thursday.
The second five day camp takes place from the 16th- 20th July or the three days 17th - 19th July again at The Arena.
The team then take the camps to New King Edward Park in Lockerbie from the 30th July before moving to Meadow Park in Castle Douglas from the 6th of August and finish back at Queens Arena from Mon 13th August.
Participants at the Football Camps are required to bring with them suitable indoor clothing and footwear (no metal studs or blades), shin guards and goalkeeper gloves (if appropriate) in addition to a light healthy snack and plenty of water/non-fizzy drinks. They should also bring a packed lunch with them. Packed lunches can be booked from the Arena Coffee shop in advance by calling 01387 268453.
The five day camp costs £80 per child and for your money as well as five days of fun and learning, each child will receive a Queens Home top AND a Junior Blue season ticket. The three day programmes are £35 per child with attendees taking home a Queens Medal and the season ticket.
