Great news for Queens fans today as the country's top scorer has today committed his future to the club for a further year and extended his contract to the end of the 2019/20 season.

'Dobs' popped into Dumfries on his way home from training today to sign the paperwork. Manager Gary Naysmith said, "Stephen's record speaks for itself so it's fantastic for the club and the supporters to know that he will be with us for the next 18 months. His extended contract is certainly well deserved!"

'Dobs' added, "I'm delighted to have signed an extension. It has all happened quickly but it was a very easy decision to make. Everybody knows how I feel about the club and the supporters and I'm loving my football just now."
