Its the time of year when people make resolutions to get fitter - if you are one of those people then our gym at the KGV in Dumfries has recently been fitted out with new equipment and has a reasonably priced membership fee. 

For £25 per month your membership entitles you to full use of the gym facilities 7 days a week and for the month of January we have a special offer on that means anyone who joins will not pay the usual induction fee. 

The gym opens from 8am until 10pm during the week and from 10am - 4pm at weekends.
