With the transfer window closing, we have this morning completed the loan signing of Iain Wilson from Kilmarnock.

The 21 year old midfielder will be familiar to most having already spent the second half of last season on loan at Palmerston when he made 15 appearances for the club.

Manager Allan Johnston said “Iain is a strong physical presence in any team.  Although he is still young he has good experience having played for Kilmarnock in the Premiership and of course for Queens in the Championship last season.  He is at the stage of his career where he needs to be playing regular first team football and we feel this move will be good for both him as a player and us a club”.
