Match Day Information v Partick Thistle

We head to Glasgow this evening to face Partick Thistle in the Championship. With the two sides struggling at the bottom of the table it’s a crucial game for both teams.

On our last visit to Firhill in early October, Darren Brownlie (who has now of course switched sides) scored the only goal of the game to give us a 1 – 0 victory.  Ian McCall’s side reversed the outcome with a 2 – 1 win when they visited Dumfries at the start of December.  Connor Murray had given us a first half lead but Joe Cardle and Reece Cole scored in the final 20 minutes to take the three points.  The winning goal come just five minutes from the end of normal time.
