We are delighted to announce that we have agreed further deals with local businesses BDS Digital and Oakbank who have extended their current stand sponsorship by a further three years. This comes on the back of another local company, Alpha Solway committing to sponsoring the main stand.
Chairman Billy Hewitson said “This a great support from all the businesses in what has been a tough year across the board for everyone. We are very grateful for their commitment and to all our other sponsors and supporters who have continued to help the club through these difficult times”.
Commercial Manager, Dan Armstrong added “The long term support of all three stand sponsors is great. It has been a challenging time for everyone over the past 12 months so their support is great news. The longevity of the sponsors demonstrates a belief in what we do and what we try to achieve as a club from community engagement to on field success and is very much appreciated”.
Oakbank have supported the club with sponsorship since 2015 and with the current deal until 2024, it means the company have sponsored the terracing for almost a decade. Speaking on behalf of Oakbank, David Bogie said “Our family are all Queens fans and have followed the club all our lives, so to be able to show our support through sponsoring the stand is great. As a local family business it is great to continue our support with our local club, obviously as fans we always will the team to do well and are delighted to be able to play our part within the club”.
The three year deal agreed by BDS sees their sponsorship span over half a decade. Eric Green of BDS, said “It's a pleasure to support Queens again for the coming three seasons. Again as a local man the football club plays a key role in our community. All my boys have been involved in Queens from a young age whether playing for the youths or my youngest boys being involved in the soccer camps. So I’ve seen first-hand the work that Queens do in our community and it is our pleasure to sponsor the club”.
