Zander MacKenzie has joined us on loan from Partick Thistle until January.

The 20-year old who stands at over six foot joined the Firhill side in 2017 as part of their Academy under 12s.  He progressed through the age groups and as a 15-year old was handed his first team debut by Ian McCall. In 2023 he signed a contract extension until the end of 2026.

Manager Peter Murphy said “With the injuries we have we are light in numbers, Zander is versatile so it gives us options.  He is a big strong player who will give us a physical presence.  We are grateful to Partick Thistle for letting the deal happen and hopefully both sides can benefit from it.”
