Montrose 4-1 QoS 

Game of two halves. Queens started the better and forced a lot of early openings, mainly through set pieces. A good press down the right hand side saw the ball fall to William Salfenmoser who smashed the ball past the home goalie. Queens kept up the pressure and could have gone in at the break further ahead. HT 0-1

The second half was the polar opposite of the first. The first goal came from slack play in our own half, closely followed by a second. A good through ball down the right was cut back to the striker who tapped home. The third goal came from a corner where the header took a deflection in front of keeper Isaac Scott. QoS nearly got back into the game near the end with chances missed by Lewis White and Salfenmoser. The home team rounded off the scoring with a long range effort after QoS failed to clear from a corner.
